What is Employment?

 What is Employment?

As per my understanding which is based on both extensive and intensive research (both from primary and secondary data) conducted by me in 300 cities, 20 states in India during my teaching, training, counseling and consulting for almost 25+ years in Institutions and Organizations whereby I personally gave my workshop/classes/programme in almost

1000+ Institutions and 250+ Organizations plus 300+ Teacher’s Training Workshop.

“Employment or Engagement or Assignment in India means a person is badly searching for a Job or Work in the Government, Private and Business of Rs. 100/day to Rs.5000/day as a salary or wages or income with or without any qualification, Technical Skill, Talent (inborn quality), Expertise in some area, knowhow and experience depending upon their present location or otherwise ready to move for another selected location with or without terms and conditions. The following mentioned below people are getting as a salary, wages and income worth mentioning:

Rs. 1, 00,000/month and above = 5 lacs people

(Including government, private and business)

Rs. 50.000/month and above = 20 lacs people

(Including government, private and Business)

Rs. 30,000/month to Rs.50,000/month = 25 lacs

(Including government, private and Business)

Rs. 15,000/month to Rs.30, 000/month = 50 lacs

(Including government, private and Business)

Rs. 3000/month to Rs.15, 000/month = 4 crores

(Including government, private and Business)

As per the data given above, presently in 2020, there are 30 crores people employed (see the statistics under type of employment below) in government, private and business; out of 30 crores only 5 crores are getting Salary and Income as mentioned above; rest 25 crores people are getting only wages of Rs.100/day to Rs.300/day or more depending upon the work assigned. Presently in 2020, there are 45 crores people are unemployed and still struggling to get a job or work or assignment in any form and type but our Government of India are FULLY failed to provide “Employment or Engagement or Assignment”.

Now let us try to understand form and types of Employment available in India:

A. FORM OF EMPLOYMENT

1. Full Time                                                                2. Part Time

3. Contractual                                                             4. Hourly Basis

5. Visiting                                                                   6. Daily Wages

7. Causal                                                                     8. Seasonal

9. Cyclical                                                                   10. Technological

11. Vulnerable                                                             12. Frictional

13. Disguised                                                              14. Mismatch

Big Note - 1

All these 14 reasons given above by the so called educated and qualified people from government organizations since independence are totally useless and baseless because they have not studied “intentionally” very well the reason behind the “Unemployment” in India because they know very well that if they will come to know the “Actual” reason for unemployment in India then Government will have to create or provide that much job or work to such a large workforce (presently in 2020, there are 45 crores people are unemployed under all 14 categories mentioned above).

Big Note - 2

The actual reason behind “Unemployment” in India is almost 99% unemployed people looking for only “Government Job” by hook or crook either as a “Sweeper, Peon, Fitter, Gunmen, Foreman, Supervisor, Clerk and Officer” (person with PHD qualification is also applying for Sweeper, Peon jobs); only 1% of the people ready to go for Business and Private Job “intentionally”.

B. Types of Employment (read the statistics very carefully):

The following statistics on “Employed or Engaged” people are worth mentioning (Since 1947 i.e. since Independence):

A. In Government Jobs – Clerical (including State and Central Government): 4.5 Crores

(Total Employed People in India: including Pensioners)

B. In Government Jobs – Officers (including State and Central Government): 50 lacs

(Total Employed People in India: including Pensioners)

C. In Private Jobs (including Local, State and Central): only 25 lacs

(Total Employed People in India: only organized sectors)

D. In Private Jobs (including Local, State and Central): 4.75 Crores

(Total Employed People in India: only disorganized sectors)

E. In Business (including Local, State and Central): 1 Crore

(Total Employed or Engaged people in India: only organized sectors)

F. In Business (including Local, State and Central): 19 Crores

(Total Employed or Engaged people in India: only disorganized sectors)

G. Old Man, Old Ladies, Senior Citizens, Children: 75 Crores

H. Unemployed People: 45 Crores

Presently in 2020, Total Employed people in India: only 30 Crores out of 150 crores of population (only 20%). Why?

Reason – 1: Students/Person/People FAULT:

Presently in 2020, there are 45 crores of the people are unemployed in India. Almost 90%  (i.e. 40 crores) are NOT FIT FOR ANY PRIVATE AND GOVERNMENT JOB due to lack of knowledge, information and exposure towards Education, Career and Job, inadequate qualification and experience, highly unskilled, unfair means of passing their class 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post graduation etc. In conclusion, in the present scenario, they can do only “Business” with or without Government help. Rest 5 crores are eligible for Government and Private Jobs but our Government of India is unable to create “Employment” due to lack of “Fund” available for Education, Career and Job (as per the data given by Government of India which is fully LIE).

Reason – 2: BIGGEST FAULT FROM GOVERNMENT:

(Local, State and Central Government)

Since independence, not a single Government “intention” is to provide or create Education, Job and Career for the unemployed work force. The reasons are very obvious:

A. All Government know very well that if they will provide Education then Education will bring Literacy and Literacy will bring Employment (both skilled and unskilled) and Employment will generate Money and Money will bring Food, Cloth and Shelter for all of them due to which their “Living” conditions will grow, improve and develop drastically whereby people will start raising Doubts, Questions, Enquiry and Inquiry against the Government of India which may be detrimental for the Government.

B. Government have sufficient fund to support our Education, Career and Job; but out of Rs. 100, only Rs.5 reaches to the people of India for their development rest 95% is being distributed among all bureaucrats, politicians and technocrats from Top to Bottom as a commission in the form of 1% to 30% depending upon their designation and importance.

C. All Local, State and Central government know very well that if people “Stomach” are “Full” in the form of Food, Cloth and Shelter then there will be only “President Rule” in India for the entire life because NO PEOPLE will come out for the VOTING and even if they will come, they will press NOTA.

Conclusion: Read these points very carefully

1. Government of India is least bothered about your Education, Career and Job i.e. about your “Future”. As we all are common people, nobody is interested in our problem, just we can try to reach correct people but unfortunately 99% government people are “Dishonest”. How to approach 1% honest people in the government department are uphill task.

2. I will request all parents and teachers that please inspire and motivate students towards “Entrepreneurship” (Business) because in this competitive world all Top Government and Private jobs and Career is only for “outstanding” students (5% students) who are consistent performer in their exams from class 9th to class 12th (95% and above marks in all exams.). Rest Middle Level Career and Jobs for (5%) students who are “very good” in their studies with 70% to 90% marks in all exams from class 9th to class 12th. Rest Basic Level Career and Jobs for (10%) students who are “good” in their studies with 60% to 70% marks from class 9th to class 12th or at least they have passed their 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post Graduation exams “honestly” i.e. by fair means (no cheating), regular practice for 1 year whereby regular studies of 4 to 6 hours daily (i.e. total 20% are eligible for career & job).

3. Rest 80% of the students can get any Top/Middle/Basic level career and job in the government and private department only by getting 50% marks in their all exams from class 9th to Post Graduation if they will WORK HARD SMARTLY. How?

A. If you have passed your exams by unfair means or cheating then you will have to study honestly for next min. 3 years (3 years will make up your 16 years of studies) to clear any government and private exams to get mastery over your subjects and exams papers which is highly competitive in nature.

B. 6 to 8 hours of studies on daily basis (Honestly) for next 3 years.

C. Use only Text Books (no guide or guess paper)

D. Regular Practice of Math/Reasoning/English/Gk (as per your exam need)

E. Develop a Routine (Time Management).

F. Prepare & organize your Study Material from all sources.

G. Self – Study is the best study (if possible join any Coaching Class for min. 2 years for Tips, Tricks and Techniques).
