WHY YOU ARE UNEMPLOYED?
(AAP BEROJAGGAR KYON HAIN?)
This
article is purely based on my 25+ years of academic interaction with Students, Teachers, Trainers, Faculty, Principal, Executives, Managers,
Director and Chairman from all the backgrounds, levels and verticals in India
whereby I have covered almost 20 Countries people, 300 Cities and 20 states
(1000+ Institutions: BE/BTECH/BARCH/BFAD/BBA/
BBM/BBS/BCA/BAJM/BHM/MBA/PGDBM/PGDBA/EMBA/MAJM/MCA/MTECH/LLB
; 250+ Organizations (both IT and Non – IT
Companies); 300 Teacher’s Training Workshop (CBSE/ICSE Schools); More than 50+
Faculty Development Programme (all AICTE approved institutions); 100+
Train-the-Trainer programmes and other several short duration teaching and
training classes/workshops/programmes plus counselling and consulting). Let us
understand why you are “Unemployed”? The reason is very simple and clear that
95% student wants ONLY GOVERNMENT JOBS and as per my understanding there are all together only 3 Crores Government employees in India (total
population: 150 crores) since Independence which is just 2% of the total
population (including all State govt. and Central Govt. employees). At
present, there are 50 crores people
“Unemployed” in India out of that 25
Crores people want only “Government Job” and rest 25 crores of the people looking for any form and type of jobs
whether it is Full Time, Part Time, Half Time, Contractual, Seasonal, Visiting,
Daily Wages etc. just to earn their livelihood by getting min. of Rs.100 to Rs.300/day (Out of total
population In India: only 0.2% people are earning Rs.100000/month; only 0.5%
are earning Rs. 50000/month; only 2% are earning between Rs. 15000/month to Rs.
30000/month; only 5% are earning between Rs.10000/month to Rs. 15000/month and
above all 90% people are earning less than Rs.10000/month which is just Rs.
300/day or even less depending upon the location. If our Government is able to create only 3 crores Govt. Jobs in India
since Independence then how you imagine that our govt. will be able to create
or can provide jobs to 25 crores of the people of India who only wants Govt.
Jobs (as we know very well that out of 25 crores people
who are looking for Govt. Jobs only 5% deserves, having requisite education and
qualification with suitable experience i.e. 1.25 crores people are quite
suitable for Govt. Jobs. Do you think that our Govt. is able and capable enough
to create or provide EVEN this much of job every year? – Who will bell the cat?)
REASON – 1: FAULT OF THE PARENTS
Almost in 99% Indian homes, parents would like to
see their children either as an Engineer or Doctor and at the same time ONLY
GOVERNMENT JOBS (1st Choice); 2nd Choice: IA/ISC
/ICOM/BA/BSC/BCOM/MA/MSC/MCOM; 3rd
Choice: BBA/BFAD/MBA/BHM/BCA/ MCA/BAJM/MAJM/LLB; 4th Choice:
IAS/BPSC; 5th Choice: Teacher/Lecturer/Professor; 6th
Choice: Only Big Business and 7th Choice: Sitting Idle at Home with
parents consent or in Joint Family System.
Critical Analysis of 1st Choice
Being an engineer and Doctor you must have a very
good command on Math and Physics but if you want to crack IIT-JEE
(Mains/Advance)/NEET/AIIMS/AFMC/JIPMER; then you must have awesome command on Math/Physics/Chemistry/Biology. I will request
parents that first of all honestly “Analyse” very carefully your children
strength that whether they are really good at Math/Physics/Chemistry/Biology.
Always remember one thing very clearly that “there is no shortcut to any
success and there is CUT THROAT Competition” in the above exams whereby only “outstanding” students with consistent
performance (Minimum 95% marks in CBSE/ICSE Board: Class 9th to
Class 12th and in any State Board at least 75% marks) can crack all
these above mentioned exams. These above mentioned exams are NOT for the student who belongs to any
category as such: Average/Good/Very Good.
There are several private engineering and medical
colleges/institutes/universities for Average/Good/ Very Good students but after
very “Heavy Fees” (Exceptions are there whereby some of the institutions choose
only OUTSTANDING students). The rule for
cracking these exams are:
Rule – 1: 6 to 8 hours of studies on daily basis.
Rule – 2: Minimum studies for 4 years (from 9th
class onward).
Rule – 3: Use only Text Books (no guide or guess
paper)
Rule – 4: Develop a Routine (Time Management).
Rule – 5: Prepare & organize your Study Material
from all sources.
Rule – 6: Self – Study is the best study (if
possible join any Coaching Class for Tips, Tricks and Techniques).
Big Note (Mandatory Reading by
Students and Parents):
If you really want to crack any Top Exams then join
any Coaching Class by getting feedback from the previous students only who
already studied there because if you will take admission by seeing
“Advertisement” in the NEWSPAPER which is very fascinating i.e. absolutely
FALSE; in all BIG Coaching classes there are 20000 to 50000 students studying
every year and out of them only 500 to 2000 students only get clear the
ENTRANCE exam and their PHOTO is being pasted in the Newspaper which is just 3%
to 5% of the total strength (all selected students are “outstanding” students
who are already intelligent and brilliant whose concepts are already clear and
they join coaching classes only for Tips, Tricks and Techniques but for
Average/Good/Very Good students, it takes min. 2 to 4 years for complete
preparation).
Critical Analysis of 2nd Choice
If you go for 2nd choice (IA/ISC/ICOM/
BA/BSC/BCOM/MA/MSC/MCOM) in your life i.e. General
Course in India which has got NO
VALUE in the Private World because they have very tough competition with Professional Courses
(BBA/BFAD/MBA/BHM/BCA/MCA/ BAJM/MAJM/LLB). For General Courses, you will have
to appear for only Government Jobs
but if you are from Top – 20 institutions then only Private Companies will
consider you for good career otherwise you will get only job of Rs. 10000 to
20000/month (Career means – job of min. Rs.50000/month). The same rule here for
an excellent CAREER: outstanding students
with consistent performance (90% marks in CBSE/ICSE Board: Class 9th
to Class 12th and in any State Board at least 75% marks) can crack
all Fortune 500 Companies/ Multinational Companies (MNCs) exams. These exams
are NOT for the student who belongs
to any category as such: Average/Good/Very
Good. The rule for cracking these
exams are:
Rule – 1: 4 to 6 hours of studies on daily basis.
Rule – 2: Minimum studies for 2 years (from 10th
onwards).
Rule – 3: Use only Text Books (no guide or guess
paper)
Rule – 4: Develop a Routine (Time Management).
Rule – 5: You will have to clear Aptitude Paper
(Math/Reasoning/English/GK)
Rule – 6: Self – Study is the best study (if
possible join any Coaching Class for Tips, Tricks and Techniques etc.
Critical Analysis of 3rd Choice
If you go for 3rd choice
(BBA/BFAD/MBA/BHM/BCA/BAJM/MAJM/LLB) in your life i.e. Professional Courses in India which has got VERY HIGH VALUE in the Private Job and Government Job because they
have NO competition with General Courses BUT you will get an outstanding CAREER
when you have passed from any TOP – 20 institutions (Min. Salary of Rs.
50000/month to No Limit) otherwise you will get job of Rs. 10000 to 40000/month
(within 10 years: exceptions are there
for some Lucky students). The same rule here for an excellent CAREER: outstanding students with consistent
performance (90% marks in CBSE/ICSE Board: Class 9th to Class 12th
and in any State Board at least 75% marks) can crack all Fortune 500 Companies/Multinational
Companies (MNCs) exams. These exams are NOT
for the student who belongs to any category as such: Average/ Good/Very Good. The
rule for cracking these exams are:
Rule – 1: 6 to 8 hours of studies on daily basis.
Rule – 2: Minimum studies for 1 year (from
Graduation onwards).
Rule – 3: Use only Text Books (no guide or guess
paper)
Rule – 4: Develop a Routine (Time Management).
Rule – 5: Excellent command on Aptitude Paper
(Math/Reasoning/English/GK)
Rule – 6: Self – Study is the best study (if
possible join any Coaching Class for Tips, Tricks and Techniques etc.
Critical Analysis of 4th Choice
If you opt for 4th choice: IAS/BPSC
which is one of the TOUGHEST exams in the World with very high reputation in
India. This
exam can be cracked by any students whether you are Outstanding/Very
Good/Good/Average students from any background, verticals and levels.
The rule for cracking these exams are:
Rule – 1: 8 to 12 hours of studies on daily basis.
Rule – 2: Minimum studies for 2 years.
Rule – 3: Use only Text Books (no guide or guess
paper)
Rule – 4: Reading One Book 10 times is better than
read 10 different books.
Rule – 5: You must have a TEAM.
Rule – 6: Develop a Routine (Time Management).
Rule – 7: Prepare & organize your Study Material
from all sources.
Rule – 8: Find a place to study keeping in mind
temperature, light, seating, Supplies, Music, Bookshelf, Bulletin Board, White
Board, Calendar and Positive Messages etc.
Critical Analysis of 5th Choice
If you opt for 5th Choice:
Teacher/Lecturer/Professor then you must have min. Postgraduate Degree in the
relevant subject which you would like to teach (Min. Salary: Rs. 15000 to Rs.
50000/month after 10 years of service) but if you have PHD Degree then your
min. Starting salary will be Rs. 50000 to Rs.75000/month in Tier – II and Tier
– III institutions. But if you would like to work in Tier – I institutions i.e.
only Top – 20 institutions like IIT/ NIT/ BITS/ IIM/XLRI/MDI etc. then you must
have Postgraduate Degree (Mandatory) + UGC NET Qualified (not mandatory) + PHD
(Mandatory) + Research Publication (Mandatory) + Author of any book (not
mandatory) + Consistently excellent academic record from 10th
onwards i.e. min. 60% marks in all exams till PHD (Mandatory); you will get
min. Salary of Rs. 75000 to Rs. 200000/month. The rule for cracking these exams are:
Rule – 1: Consistently excellent academic record
from class 10th onwards.
Rule – 2: You must have min. Post graduation + PHD
+ Research Publication.
Rule – 3: You must be very good in
reading/writing/speaking English and Hindi.
Rule – 4: If possible try to clear UGC – NET.
Rule – 5: 4 to 6 hours of studies on daily basis.
Rule – 6: Study through the year.
Rule – 7: Use only Text Books (no guide or guess
paper)
Rule – 8: Develop a Routine (Time Management).
Critical Analysis of 6th Choice
The 6th choice is: “only Big Business”.
Those who are from “Business Family” they start with “Small” business and
slowly and gradually they grow very high but those who are NOT from business
family, they only DREAM BIG and they would like to become overnight Bill Gates,
Mukesh Ambani, Tata, Birla etc. and due to their “Unrealistic” dream they start
VERY BIG without any planning and forecasting and end results are they are
complete failure within a year with heavy loss. Nobody wants to start with
Small and Cottage industries. The strict rule for doing business is very
simple; doing
one’s business if you have adequate knowledge, information and exposure on (No
Qualification is required to become an Entrepreneur but if you would like to
become a ‘Billionaire’ then you must have MBA degree to start any business: MBA
degree will teach you anything and everything of business):
1. Money
2. Manpower
3. Method
4. Material
5. Machinery
Along
with this you must have
1. Sufficient Knowledge
2. Sufficient Expertise
3. Ready to take ‘Risk’
4. Good at Decision Making
5. Innovative
6. A Team Player
7. Positive Attitude
8. Flexible
Again
you should know
1. How to maintain Relationship?
2. How to retain your Clients?
3. How to refer?
4. How to correct your decision?
At
last your focus should be on
1.
Customer Satisfaction and above all
2.
Human Satisfaction.
Critical Analysis of 7th Choice
The 7th choice is: sitting idle at Home
with parents consent which happens mostly in Joint Family System i.e. almost
30% in India whereby in these homes one person is earning or they have enough
ancestral property which is sufficient to support their livelihood due to this
they totally ignore any form and type of jobs and that is why they are
“Jobless”.
REASON – 2: FAULT OF THE TEACHERS
As we know Parents are the first teachers for the
students and for them Teachers are the 2nd Teachers for the students
when they go to school/colleges/universities; you will be surprised to know
that 95% students does want to go to school because they do not find any
classes given by the teachers “interesting” ( Interesting means - whether classes
will help students in long-run learning) and “Useful” (Useful means – whether
classes will help students in long-run to get any career). In India, only 5%
students are getting an outstanding “Career” and 95% students are getting only
“Job”. The reason is very simple – these 95% students are “WEAK” because of
Teachers who never bother about to increase their Creativity or Out of Box
Thinking in the class room, how;
1. In the class room whenever Teachers explain any
concept and when students are not in a position to answer within a minute, then
immediately Teachers tell them the answers due to which students thinking
process stops.
2. Teachers suggest students to read through Guess
paper, Guide, Question-Answer form, Notes, Study Material; teachers never tell
the students to read only Text Book; if students are not reading the Text Book,
their knowledge are very little due to which they are not in a position to
crack any competitive exams.
3. Teachers style of giving Home Work is totally
useless because they give all direct questions which are already in the book.
Teachers never give students “Indirect” questions; as we know very well that
indirect question enhances once creativity or out of box thinking.
4. In India, almost in 99.99% schools, there are NO
Personality Development and Soft Skills classes through which students will
enhance their Learning = Knowledge + Information + Exposure towards World which
will teach them Lead from Front and Lead by Results.
5. In India, 99% school Management are least bother
about students CAREER; they are simply interested in making Huge “Profits” by
hook or crook.
REASON – 3: FAULT OF THE GOVERNMENT
Above all, if anyone is not getting adequate
Education, Job and Career, this is biggest FAULT of the State Government and
Central Government. Since Independence, 99% politicians (they are fully
corrupt; corruption is in their BLOOD) are NOT interested intentionally in giving proper Education, Job and Career due to
which only 5% people (in born talent) of this country is only having Luxury,
Life Style and Comforts and rest 95% people are struggling for ever to earn
their livelihood. The reason is very simple:
1. After Independence, three people came to
limelight as an extremely honest people are no more now and their name is:
Late. Lal Bhadur Shastri, Late. Sardar Vallabhav Bhai Patel and Late. Morarji
Desai (there are other several names but they were not in the race for Prime
Minister).
2. Late. Pt. Nehru and Late. Mrs. Indira Gandhi
developed India as a “KING” and assumed all Indian people are their “Subjects”
(PRAJA). Both father and daughter together developed India keeping in mind we
Indians are SLAVES to them as per the instructions given by the English People.
Intentionally, both father and
daughter divided India and ruled, kept Indian people poor, uneducated, without
food, cloth and shelter and health facilities so that when people will be
HUNGRY only then they will listen to the Government (That is why, presently
there are almost
90% of the population is UNEDUCATED OR ILLETERATE (Literate means WELL EDUCATED not WELL TRAINED: who
reads NEWSPAPAER or watch NEWS on daily basis, understand it, gain knowledge
and information and able to share with others – only by writing name does not
mean that they are LITERATE and due to this reason only almost all countries
government think that their people are EDUCATED which in turn leads to rapid
UNEMPLOYMENT).
3. After Late. M.K. Gandhi, only Late. Atal Bihari
Vajpayee (a man with high integrity and ethics) tried his level best to develop
India but FAILED due to dirty politics.
4. The state like Maharashtra, Gujarat and Punjab:
if govt. allocates say for an example Rs.100 to a particular district for
development, at least, Rs. 30 reaches to the public but in case Bihar and UP
and other states, only Rs.5 reaches to the public and rest amount divided among
politicians and bureaucrats from Top to Bottom which start with 1% to 50% as a
share.
Big Note:
In India, all Local Govt., all State Govt. and
Central Govt. “Intentionally” does not want to develop, improve and grow
Education, Career and Job because they know very well that once people are
Educated with Full Stomach, they will never came out for VOTING and if they
will come they will press NOTA.
