Eligibility: Min. 10+2/HSC/Intermediate 

Duration:

10+2/HSC/Intermediate - 1 year or till you pass the exams

Graduate – 9 months or till you pass the exams

Post Graduate – 6 months or till you pass the exams

PhD – 3 months or till you pass the exams

Only through Zoom or Google Meet as per your time slot selected by you. All participants will be provided online reading materials for each program. Apart from attending interactive sessions, participants have to undertake online quizzes, assignments and examinations as and when applicable.

Assessment

All participants’ performance will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes, assignments, tests and examinations. The participant is required to score minimum marks/grades as decided by the University/Institute from time to time to complete the program.

 Certification:

After successful completion, based on performance assessed on a 10 point scale, participant who completes “All” Modules and secure an average marks of 6.0 or above will be issued a Certificate of successful completion and every participant will get: “Certificate

Program Overview: This certified program is aimed at providing a comprehensive understanding of the personality development, soft skills, soft communication, Spoken English, 21st Century skills, Leadership and Management skills including Mock GDPI and Campus Recruitment Training (Soft CRT). The focus of the program is to help the participant understand the basic concepts of Hard Skills vs. Soft Skills vs. Social Skills vs. Job Skills and how these skills can be applied in the real world. Participants will not need any prerequisites to participate in the certified program, other than basic business acumen and an understanding of their relevant field or industries.
