This
article is purely based on my 25+ years of academic interaction with Students, Teachers, Trainers, Faculty, Principal, Executives, Managers,
Director and Chairman from all the backgrounds, levels and verticals in India
whereby I have covered almost 20 Countries people, 300 Cities and 20 states
(1000+ Institutions: BE/BTECH/BARCH/BFAD/BBA/

The rules for getting Private Jobs:
Any students even with 50% and above marks in their
10th and 12th can also get through these exams without
any obstacles. The min. Salary: Rs.10000
to Rs.25000/month depending upon private department.
A. Clerical Jobs (Private Company):
Rule – 1: Try to pass exams honestly (Minimum
Education: Class 10 to 12)
Rule – 2: Certificate on Typing or Shorthand
knowledge (Added Advantage)
Rule – 3: Certificate on Basic Computer (Expert in
MS – Word: Mandatory)
Rule – 4: Certificate on Tally for Accounting Jobs
(Mandatory)
Rule – 5: Certificate on Advance Excel (Added
Advantage)
Rule – 6: 4 to 6 hours of studies on daily basis
(Honestly)
Rule – 7: A formal exam on
Math/Reasoning/English/Gk (as per your exam need)
Rule – 8: Self – Study is the best study
B. Officer Jobs (Private Company):
Any students even with 60% and above marks in their
Graduation and Post graduation (General and Professional Course) can also get
through these exams without any obstacles but these exams are highly
competitive due to large number of candidates appearing for these exams: min. 2
lacs to 5 lacs students/year (Min. Salary: Rs.25000 to Rs.100000/month
depending upon private department).
Rule – 1: Try to pass exams honestly (Minimum
Education: Graduation and Post graduation)
Rule – 2: Add on Qualification i.e. Certificate,
Diploma and Degree in Management, Computer & Programming, Architecture and
Design, Other Advance diploma etc.
Rule – 3: Regular Practice of
Math/Reasoning/English/Gk (as per your exam need)
Rule – 4: 6 to 8 hours of studies on daily basis
(Honestly).
Rule – 5: Minimum preparation for 1 year (Honestly)
or 2 years after Graduation
Rule – 6: Use only Text Books (no guide or guess paper)
Rule – 7: Develop a Routine (Time Management).
Rule – 8: Prepare & organize your Study Material
from all sources.
Rule – 9: Self – Study is the best study (if
possible join any Coaching Class for Tips, Tricks and Techniques).

In some of the exams, they may conduct Psychological
Test and Psychometric Assessments.

In some of the exams, they may conduct AWA/WAT, Case
Study, Group Exercise, Group Task, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
