This article is purely based on my 25+ years of academic interaction with Students, Teachers, Trainers, Faculty, Principal, Executives, Managers, Director and Chairman from all the backgrounds, levels and verticals in India whereby I have covered almost 20 Countries people, 300 Cities and 20 states (1000+ Institutions: BE/BTECH/BARCH/BFAD/BBA/ BBM/BBS/BCA/BAJM/BHM/MBA/PGDBM/PGDBA/EMBA/MAJM/MCA/MTECH/LLB

; 250+ Organizations (both IT and Non – IT Companies); 300 Teacher’s Training Workshop (CBSE/ICSE Schools); More than 50+ Faculty Development Programme (all AICTE approved institutions); 100+ Train-the-Trainer programmes and other several short duration teaching and training classes/workshops/programmes plus counselling and consulting).

 

The rules for getting Government Jobs:

Any students even with 30% and above marks in their 10th and 12th can also get through these exams without any obstacles but these exams are highly competitive due to large number of candidates appearing for these exams: min. 5 lacs to 20 lacs students/year (Min. Salary: Rs.20000 to Rs.40000/month depending upon government department).

 

A. Clerical Jobs (Government):

Rule – 1: Try to pass exams honestly (Minimum Education: Class 10 to 12)

Rule – 2: 4 to 6 hours of studies on daily basis (Honestly).

Rule – 3: Minimum preparation for 1 year (Honestly) or 2 years after 10th or 12th 

Rule – 4: Use only Text Books (no guide or guess paper)

Rule – 5: Regular Practice of Math/Reasoning/English/Gk (as per your exam need)

Rule – 6: Develop a Routine (Time Management). 

Rule – 7: Prepare & organize your Study Material from all sources.

Rule – 8: Self – Study is the best study (if possible join any Coaching Class for Tips, Tricks and Techniques). 

 

Big Note:

In some of the exams, they may conduct Psychological Test and Psychometric Assessments plus Physical Test.

 

B. Officer Jobs (Government):

Any students even with 50% and above marks in their Graduation and Post graduation (General and Professional Course) can also get through these exams without any obstacles but these exams are highly competitive due to large number of candidates appearing for these exams: min. 2 lacs to 10 lacs students/year (Min. Salary: Rs.25000 to Rs.100000/month depending upon government department). 

Rule – 1: Try to pass exams honestly (Minimum Education: Graduation and Post graduation)  

Rule – 2: 6 to 8 hours of studies on daily basis (Honestly).

Rule – 3: Minimum preparation for 1 year (Honestly) or 2 years after 10th or 12th 

Rule – 4: Use only Text Books (no guide or guess paper)

Rule – 5: Regular Practice of Math/Reasoning/English/Gk (as per your exam need)

Rule – 6: Develop a Routine (Time Management). 

Rule – 7: Prepare & organize your Study Material from all sources.

Rule – 8: Self – Study is the best study (if possible join any Coaching Class for Tips, Tricks and Techniques). 

 

Big Note - 1:

A. Book on Math/Objective Arithmetic                                     

NCERT Math’s Book from Class 6th to 10th class; Quantitative Aptitude (QA) by R.S. Agarwal and Complete Mathematics by Lucent’s etc.

B. Book on Reasoning (Verbal/Non-Verbal)

A Modern Approach to Reasoning by R.S. Agarwal and Verbal Reasoning by Lucent’s etc.

C. Book on English (Verbal Ability)

Objective English by R.S. Agarwal and General English by Lucent’s

D. Book on GK (General Knowledge)

Objective G.K. by R.S. Agarwal and Lucent’s; Arihant, Unique Guide and Manorama Guide  

 

C. Top Government Officer Jobs (IAS/IPS/IFS/IRS/OTHERS):

Any students even with 50% and above marks in their Graduation and Post graduation (General and Professional Course) can also get through these exams without any obstacles but these exams are highly competitive due to large number of candidates appearing for these exams: min. 2 lacs to 5 lacs students/year (Min. Salary: Rs.50000 to Rs.150000/month depending upon government department). 

Rule – 1: Try to pass exams honestly (Minimum Education: Graduation and Post graduation)  

Rule – 2: 8 to 12 hours of studies on daily basis (Honestly).

Rule – 3: Minimum preparation for 2 years (Honestly) or 3 years after since Part – 1 or just after Graduation and Post Graduation. 

Rule – 4: Use only Text Books (no guide or guess paper)

Rule – 5: Reading one Book 10 times is better than read 10 different books.

Rule – 6: Develop a Routine (Time Management). 

Rule – 7: Prepare & organize your Study Material from all sources.

Rule – 8: Find a place to study keeping in mind temperature, light, seating, Supplies, Music, Bookshelf, Bulletin Board, White Board, Calendar and Positive Messages etc.

 

Big Note - 1:

In this exam, Personal Interview is the part of Psychological Test, Psychometric Assessments, Creativity, Out of Box Thinking, Personality Assessment, Grooming, Indianism and very strong knowledge and information about History, Politics, Geography, Ecology and Environment plus Ethical Decision Making (Civil Service Exam is one of the “Toughest” exam of the World because of its “VAST” Syllabus (both India and World).
